To be present, to take notice, takes effort. Are we present to our lives? Or are we missing all of those little things that add up to the big things we’ll regret on our death beds. Be where you are. Do what you’re doing. Be present to your life. You only get one.

  1. Take a deep breath. Pray this prayer 3 times: “Ever present God, here with me now, help me to be here with you.”*
  2. Be present to where you are physically right now. Write down 3 things within your vicinity that you’re thankful for.
  3. Share at least 1 with your group.
